June is the sweet spot before Antalya loses its mind entirely. The summer crowds are building but haven’t quite peaked, temperatures are sitting around 30°C, and almost everything is open and running properly. If you’ve been considering a visit, this is genuinely one of the better months to do it.

That 30-degree heat is real and you’ll feel it, particularly between noon and four in the afternoon when sensible locals disappear indoors. It’s not the suffocating 38°C of August, but don’t underestimate it either. Families are fine here, though the heat requires some planning around younger children. Budget travellers should know prices are climbing through June as the season properly kicks in — you’re past the shoulder-season deals but not at the brutal peak rates yet.

Who should maybe reconsider? Anyone heat-sensitive who also wants to walk around a lot. This isn’t a city-break destination in the traditional sense once it warms up.
